Warranty

The limited warranty that applies to parts supplied by Silverstone Parts, what it covers, what it does not, and how to make a claim.

1. 30-day satisfaction return

If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, contact us. For a new product returned within 30 days of delivery, in original packaging, unused and in saleable condition, with proof of purchase, we will arrange an exchange or refund subject to the Shipping & Returns policy. This is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.

2. Limited warranty

We warrant that the goods will meet the specification stated in the quotation or order confirmation and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from delivery, unless the quotation states a different period. Consumables and wear parts are excluded.

3. What is covered

The warranty covers a manufacturing defect that appears during normal use within the warranty period, provided the part was correctly selected, installed, operated and maintained. We may require photographs, nameplate details, service records or return of the part for inspection.

4. What is not covered

The warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear; consumables; damage from misuse, accident or neglect; improper selection or fitment; improper installation, commissioning or maintenance; modification, repair by an unauthorised party, or misrepair; operation outside the specified pressure, temperature, speed or duty cycle; contaminated air, oil or coolant; corrosion; cosmetic damage; or loss caused by a third-party product or system.

5. Remedy

If a valid claim is accepted, we will, at our option, repair the part, replace it, or credit the amount paid. Repair, replacement or credit is the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty. We may require the defective part to be returned before issuing a remedy.

6. Compliance and suitability

We do not guarantee that a part is suitable for your particular process, or that its installation or use complies with the laws, codes, standards or regulations of your country or industry. You are responsible for reviewing the application and for obtaining any permits or approvals. This includes pressure-equipment, electrical, environmental and workplace-safety requirements.

7. Exclusive warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, whether written, oral or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in this warranty excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. If you buy as a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are not affected.

8. How to claim

Write to contact@sind.ltd with the order number, part number, machine brand, model and serial number, a description of the fault, photographs and any service records. Do not return the part until we issue an RMA. We will confirm whether the claim is covered and the next step.
